Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
2. Box up your products
Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at 800-111-10CP (800-1111027) if you no longer have it.
3. Hand over your return
Returns are delivered to the shipping company whose services we use from receipt of the returns, and then the company will give you a receipt.
4. Receive your refund
We will inspect the returns and refund the payment to your bank account within 7 to 14 days. The cost of return and exchange if the product is the same as required and the link is intact, borne by the buyer

Warning: Test the thermos with hot water before using it with tea or coffee. If it cools, you can return it or replace it.
